Disclaimer: My tastes might not be to everyone else’s tastes. But hopefully something in here will be of interest to somebody. :) Also, there’s mostly one-shots in here, as my attention span on the internet is that of a small child on a sugar high. This will probably never be “complete”, unless everyone just stops writing fic.

It’s a Long Way Home From Here - Echo/Dominic. My friend wrote this, but I’d be reccing it even if I didn’t know her because it’s completely in-character for both of them and just really really great.

Spike’s Very Bad Day - In which Wes, Gunn, and Fred are turned into four-year-olds and Spike has to figure out how to fix it before Angel and Lorne come back. S5 AU and very silly but I love it with all my heart.
Small Fry and Son of Small Fry - Along similar lines, but mostly set in Sunnydale (though the sequel does have kid!Wes).
Not My Baby - I uh…I just like de-aged fic, okay? XD
Intervention With the Vampire - Angel is depressed. His friends try to help with that.
Growing Up on a Saturday Afternoon - Because I have this horrible soft spot for wee!Willow and Xander, that’s why.
Combined Force - When Buffy is dead, it’s up to Giles and Spike to frighten Dawn’s dates instead.

A Two-Girl Pig - I have to give credit to my friend Emily for finding this one (if I remember correctly, she also found the two about Spike). It’s about Mr. Gordo, but it’s also about Dru.
Two’s Company - Anya and Cordy in whatever heaven dimension they both ended up in.
Toys - I am 12 years old and this fic makes me giggle.
Half-Baked - Buffy enlists Tara for help. It’s so cute I could vomit rainbows.

A Story To Tell - Set after Serenity, and I won’t tell you anything else except that it’s beautiful and you should just read it. (Also: play spot the hidden Who reference! which is…not all that hidden but it always makes me smile anyway.)
Dona Nobis Pacem - River faces off against an…interesting opponent. (This will make more sense to you if you’ve read some of Terry Pratchett’s Discworld series, which, if you haven’t, you really should. I’ll make a primer post about that at some point too.)
She’ll Fly True - More post-Serenity fic, because I like to torture myself. Zoe, River, and Serenity.
The Dance - Technically pre-River/Jayne, but it’s a beautiful piece of writing all the same.
The Night Shift - Two little vignettes, one pre- and one post-Serenity, about Kaylee, Wash, and Zoe.
An assortment of weddingfic - Mal/Inara sorta, Wash/Zoe, Kaylee/Fred.
Unlikely - Fred/River.
Virtuoso - On the beginning of Wash and Zoe.
Box of Birds - Just some nice little fluff about a box of chocolates.
The Man With No Name - I am the worst at reading longfic, but it’s Ten on Serenity and, oh, just read it.
Indistinguishable from Magic - “‘In this case, it turns out the butterfly effect is minimal at best,’ she says, and bursts into giggles again.” Serenity AU, sort of.
What River Knows - Title is fairly self-explanatory…21 random things that River knows.
Rule of Flying - It’s a rare fic that can make me cry, and even rarer the one that can do it on a reread, and this is one of those.
The First Secret - A little bit of River and Wash.
In Stitches - Adorable little domestic!fic. Simon does most of the laundry and mending on the ship.
Eight First Kisses - Title is fairly self-explanatory; River-centric.
And all I ask (is a tall ship and a star to steer her by) - A really lovely exploration of Kaylee and Wash’s friendship, and their similarities.
Hitching a Ride - A certain other Whedonverse character is found on Serenity. Just read it, it’s hilarious.
That Chill Resonant Heart - Buffy/River. Because it’s pretty and I like it.
Take the Sky - A really nice post-Serenity one-shot, focusing on Mal and River.
Leverage
Four Times Parker Dreamed About Having A Family - It should come as a surprise to nobody that I have a ridiculous amount of Parker feels. This fic is beautiful and makes me cry.
The Underwire Job - Moar Parker. ALL THE PARKER. Anyway, she enlists Elliot for help in seducing Hardison. This won’t end well.
The Cat-Burglar Job - Sort of a continuation of The Underwire Job? It has kittens!
Hoarding That Sky - Sophie and Parker. They’re making progress.
Avatar: The Last Airbender
Words So Leisured - Zuko can’t write poetry. (While we’re at it, to save me linking everything she’s written for Avatar fandom, any fic by that author is gold.)
Board Games - Just what were Sokka and Suki doing in that tent anyway? (Oh Aang, bless your little heart.)
Tempest in a Teacup - I’m not big on Zutara as a rule, but this is AU set before the series supposing that Katara grew up in the Fire Nation instead of the Southern Water Tribe, and it’s pretty amazing.
New Directions - What are they going to do now that the war’s over? Focuses on Toph, Suki, and Katara.
Bright Spot - June/Yue. Because this is literally the canon where I ship everything.
Lightning Shows - Post-show, focusing on Mai. I think it captures her voice nicely.
The Chronicles of Narnia
Conception - Interesting little character study on each of the Pevensies, supposing that the circumstances surrounding each of their conceptions were symbolic.
Whose Other Side is Salvation - Okay, this is a crossover fic, but still. I just want Susan’s story to not end the way it did.
Pirates of the Caribbean
The Ties That Bind Us - What if Elizabeth had had to go ahead and marry Norrington?
The Islanders - I had a dear friend who (for reasons I never quite understood) adored Cutler Beckett, and she linked me to this fic in an attempt to explain herself. It is about Elizabeth’s life on her island post-At World’s End…with Beckett. (No shipping! Just friendship shenanigans.)

Fatherhood - On why Rick Castle sucks at being a dad (but not really).
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
The Secret Diary of Cameron Baum - I have not read very far into this, admittedly, but what I read is hilarious and so very Cameron.

Lose Myself - la la la la Rachel/Nina I can’t heeeeeeear you
You Give Me Rose-Tinted Glasses and its companion, And If I Could Just Freeze-Frame This Moment - I said when my friend first posted these that if there’s never any other Skylar/Nina written, I would be happy, because these exist. That’s still true.

not another intervention (or, how to fail an After School Special) - No lie, this reads like an actual episode. They should just film it.

Pop Divas After the End of the World - Just a brilliant little crackfic. Title says it all, really.
The Avengers
Aphrodite and the Internet - A WIP (which I almost never read) but you just really need to read this. Especially if you like Darcy and Clint being Sassy Bi Friends.
The Photograph - Naked team shenanigans (probably not what you think!).
i may have a bit of a bias - Plushievengers! Team shenanigans! etc.
Nothing to Fear but Fear Itself - Honest to God, I had the headcanon that Natasha saved her teammates from spiders before I ever stumbled onto this fic.
Knit 1, Purl 2, Save The World (Again) - My, there are a lot of knitting-related fics in this fandom.
Felidae ferox - I don’t really know why but there are multiple fics that feature kitten!Natasha. This is my personal favorite.
Cupid Stark - Tony meddles. Clint and Natasha decide to teach him a lesson.
The Cabin in the Woods
The Only Way Out is Through - A slightly different ending. Featuring a werewolf and Starlight Destroyer III.
Warehouse 13
And that’s terrible - If you’re familiar with internet memes, the title has probably made you squeal with delight already.
Once Upon a Time
Beauty and Beast - I may be biased because this was written by my lovely friend Hannah and dedicated to me, but I honestly think it’s quite good. A Belle/Ruby AU take on 2x07.
